We have an exciting new opportunity for a Banking lawyer to join our team, working closely with a Partner.
Our Banking team acts for institutional lenders, private equity funds and corporate borrowers in all types of finance transactions, ranging from corporate and leveraged financings to asset-based lending (including invoice discounting), along with real estate and development finance. We also regularly assist our Corporate team in relation to the finance elements of their M&A and other transactions.
This role would suit an existing Banking lawyer with experience gained at a medium or large firm who is looking to work in a smaller but expanding team with support from juniors and a clear opportunity for progression.
