Graeme represents businesses involved in disputes. He works with various organisations ranging from owner managed, family run companies to blue chip multi-nationals. His clients are in a range of sectors including utilities, technology, manufacturing and food & drink.
His work spans across most commercial settings including contract, negligence, consumer complaints, land and commercial property, shareholder & partnership disputes (including joint ventures) and debt recovery (both secured and unsecured). He has extensive experience working in the civil courts, as well as dealing with mediations and arbitrations.
Graeme is also the past President of Bradford Law Society.
