His recent experience includes:
- acting for the Yorkshire Building Society on their new office space at Broadgate in Leeds. At the time, the letting was the biggest letting in Leeds for a number of years
- acting for JCT600 on the property acquisition of the multiple site Gilder Car business in Sheffield
- acting for a subsidiary company of BASF in a new head office acquisition in London
