Stephen regularly deals with litigated commercial disputes in the High Court and Court of Appeal and has experience of managing disputes involving litigation in other jurisdictions, including the United States.
He has particular expertise in intellectual property and media litigation and has dealt with a number of contentious intellectual property cases including litigated patent and trade mark infringement cases and domain name disputes.
Stephen is regularly called upon to deal with urgent applications for injunctive relief both in the IP sphere and in relation to more general commercial cases.
