Simon has specialist experience in secured lending, especially in the licensed premises sector.
Simon also has experience in a wide range of property work, mostly in the industrial and retail/leisure sectors covering commercial landlord and tenant aspects. Simon also deals with investment property acquisitions and disposals, lettings and other portfolio management work.
Simon has undertaken pro-bono work for West Yorkshire ProHelp to aid business in the local community and is a past president and current treasurer of the Bradford Law Society. He is also a published author for Emerald Publishing Group.
