Sheena offers a range of HR, Organisational Development and performance management services. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Sheena has over 20 years HR experience working closely with CEOs and MDs to develop, articulate and communicate the business vision and values to employees. Examples of work include:
- undertaking an HR Audit and Review for a national bus company that provided the client with a traffic light analysis of current HR practices and highlighted areas for attention. This resulted in significant cost savings for the company.
- undertaking an employee costs review for a property development company – identifying the hidden employee costs associated with sickness/grievance/under performance.
- providing on site assistance with strategic HR projects (eg culture change, performance management, achieving IIP accreditation) and operational HR issues ( grievances, discipline etc).
