Jane Hopton, Solicitor

Jane Hopton is a Solicitor and Head of Gordons' claimant personal injury department.

Jane has over 8 years experience in claimant PI and specialises in all areas of claimant work including employers liability claims, RTAs (including Motor Insurance Bureau claims), occupiers liability, fatal accidents, industrial disease and deafness, accidents abroad and Criminal Injury Compensation Scheme claims.

Jane has dealt with several multi million pound compensation claims. In addition Jane has dealt with complex legal issues including having had a success at Court of Appeal level.

Jane is a member of the Association of Personal injury Lawyers.
