Ian Errington is a Partner in Gordons' commercial property department and manages the firms’ residential property team.
Ian has a considerable amount of experience in all aspects of the property industry and has been with the firm for 11 years. His role is to ensure that he and his team consistently deliver the highest standards of service to a wide range of high net-worth individuals, property investors and builder developers.
He prides himself on providing cost effective commercial advice that is readily available to clients. Ian has extensive expertise in all aspects of commercial property and conveyancing matters.
Ian has particular experience in dealing with commercial property development work including complete site assembly and regeneration projects. He has also dealt with large portfolio transactions and residential development work.
