Dominic Varley, Solicitor

Dominic Varley is a Solicitor in Gordons' construction department.

He specialises in all aspects of construction and engineering law dispute resolution, particularly litigation and adjudication acting for a full range of business clients and has had experience in various forms of dispute resolution.

Dominic is experienced in advising commercial clients on a range of non-contentious construction matters including procurement advice, negotiating and preparing suites of development documents, professional appointments and warranties. 

Dominic had success at an adjudication concerning the valuation of services provided by an architect to a developer client.
