Anjon Mallik is a Partner in Gordons' construction and commercial litigation departments.
Anjon acts for a number of the region's contractors, employers and developers involved in construction-related disputes. Anjon has particular experience in conducting delay claims, loss and expense actions, defect claims and interim and final account disputes. When dealing with any issues, Anjon places the highest importance upon his clients' commercial objectives.
Anjon has considerable adjudication experience with an impressive success rate. He is also an experienced operator in all aspects of TCC litigation and arbitration and has conducted a number of mediations. Anjon is also a member of the Society of Construction Law.
