Banned Practices

Fake reviews and “drip pricing” will be added to the list of banned practices under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations. They will be introduced under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumer Bill which is expected to complete the Parliamentary process in April 2024.
