Richard is an expert in all aspects of property disputes and leads a team of four lawyers.
Richard acts for clients including Iceland, B&M, Charles Tyrwhitt, Yorkshire Building Society, Original Factory Shop and Card Factory. Before joining Gordons, Richard was responsible for relationships with institutional retail landlords including Hammerson and Land Securities.
Richard has recently succeeded at a three week trial over termination of complex pipeline store agreements for a major retailer. He has also successfully defeated landlords withholding consent to underletting.
