Nick is a solicitor specialising in a broad range of contentious property matters.
He has particular experience advising on commercial lease renewals, forfeiture, breach of covenant, termination of leases and dilapidations. He has supported landlords dealing with tenants in administration and has worked on matters involving adverse possession, lease extensions and title defects.
Nick has also been involved in delivering a number of client training sessions. Most recently he provided a case law update to a group of property professionals at one our breakfast seminars in Leeds.
He joined the firm in 2017 having spent several years working in a variety of retail roles, both in the UK and abroad.
