Laura advises both businesses and individuals on a wide range of disputes, acting for both Claimants and Defendants in proceedings. Predominantly Laura deals with contractual disputes but can also assist with professional negligence claims, claims such as defamation, consumer disputes and debt recovery on behalf of businesses and individuals.
As an experienced litigator, Laura has extensive knowledge in dealing with most civil courts and will exhaust all avenues of resolution (by way of ADR) and actively encourages parties to mediate if resolution can be achieved without court intervention.
