- Advising an employer regarding investigating and conducting a disciplinary in respect of a number of allegations of sexual harassment that had been made against an employee
- Successfully defending a claim for race discrimination brought against a care home
- Negotiating a substantial settlement sum for an employee who claimed that his employer had forced him to resign following subjecting him to a campaign of harassment on the grounds of his race and religion
