Anjon specialises in resolving disputes. A good number of his cases are construction-related, and he also deals with mainstream commercial matters.
When dealing with an issue, Anjon always looks at the strategic angle to ensure that the right approach is adopted for his client’s needs. He also likes to “cut to the chase” and not get bogged down in legal niceties.
Anjon receives repeated instructions from a number of commercial organisations across Yorkshire and is always happy to provide a quick view on any potential issue to see what steps should be taken to advance or protect a client’s position.
Anjon is a member of the Society of Construction Law and, over the years, has conducted a number of Adjudications. He is also experienced in Court procedures and has been involved in excess of 30 mediations.
He is described by Chambers and Partners (2016) as “an extremely strong lawyer with a detailed and in-depth knowledge of construction law” and is admired for his “commercial outlook and perspective on any contentious issues.”
