Andrew Breckenridge is a Dispute Resolution Partner and leads the Finance Litigation team.  He is a leading finance litigator with over 25 years’ experience of litigation and dispute resolution.

He is active in the national finance litigation market, acting for and advising banks, building societies and other lenders in relation to complex recoveries, fixed charge/LPA receivership, mortgage fraud, professional negligence, subrogation, Land Registry “adjudication”, asset based lending disputes, operational loss and claims against lenders, including those based on alleged product mis-selling and the enforceability of commercial loans involving SWAP interest rate agreements.

He also acts for financial institution clients as corporate self-invested personal pension (“SIPP”) scheme trustees regarding commercial property, property litigation and disputes between SIPP trustees and members.
