Commercial Property Administrator

Leeds/Full Time:

We are seeking a junior level Administrator to assist our Commercial Property department in Leeds with a range of duties including file opening and closing, requesting searches and obtaining documents from the land registry, dealing with telephone enquiries and chasing updates, completion of forms and documentation as appropriate.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, preferably in a law firm although training will be given.  Above all the post holder will possess excellent communication, organisational and IT skills along with a ‘can do’ attitude, flexible approach and the ability to work well within a team in an open plan environment.
