Residential Conveyancing Assistant

Full Time/Bradford: 

We are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy residential department based in Bradford city centre. Working alongside a Conveyancing fee earner, the successful candidate will ideally possess 2+ years’ recent experience of dealing with the end to end conveyancing process. The candidate must have a working knowledge of sales, purchases, and be able to undertake a full range of duties from opening new files to dealing with completion and registration formalities including undertaking searches, liaising with all parties, issuing sale contracts, and dealing with enquiries, incoming monies and preparation of monthly bills. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills are essential along with a flexible approach and the ability to work well within a team in an open plan environment.
