Our strategy is to recruit and develop people of quality in order to continually improve our service, win new work and raise our profile within the market place.

Our heads of department are responsible for overseeing staff development within their teams.  This is done through appraisals, training and mentoring.  Team building is another key contributor to the future development of our staff, communication in and between teams is vital to ensure sharing of information and effective team working.
