We also advise on all types of commercial contracts.
Recent transactions we have advised on include:
- advising AIM quoted Brulines Group plc on a placing with institutional investors to raise approximately £4.7 million before expenses
- advising AIM quoted Brulines Group plc on its acquisition of Dunfermline based Vianet Limited for an undisclosed sum
- advising Ormandy Limited, the manufacturer of commercial heating solutions, on the acquisition of Aquatherm UK Sales Limited, the UK distributor of Aquatherm GmbH plastic piping systems
- advising the John Pring & Son Limited Group on its acquisition of the business and assets of Leeds wire manufacturer KTS Wire Industries Limited (in administration)
- advising Co-operative Bank on term facilities provided in relation to the merger of Darnton Elgee and Essex Goodman & Suggitt Limited
- advising the management team of Warwick International on the £129 million MBO led by Close Brothers Private Equity
- advising JCT600 Limited on the disposal of the BMW dealership at Almondbury, Huddersfield to Sandal BMW
