Amanda Gee is a HR Consultant in Gordons' Employment Law department.
Amanda is former HR Director Solicitor with a proven track record of developing and delivering strategic, operations and consultancy specialist human resources.
Working within the employment law department, Amanda provides additional client services, ranging from HR compliance, equal value pay, management of redundancy programmes, career transition, organisational development and operational HR advice and support at all levels.
Amanda was previously a Senior Consultant with a Manchester based HR Consultancy firm, who worked nationally, providing Hr Consultancy services to both private and public sector organisations. She then went on to extend their brand to include a HR advice service predominately aimed at SME’s. This proved very successful.
Prior to this Amanda worked at Board level in a large property company based in Manchester, with numerous sites across the country. This involved setting up the whole HR infrastructure and designing and development training and development for staff at all levels. During her time at the company retention improved, sickness levels went down to half the national average for a private company and some of the training and development received accreditation. The company also were awarded Investors in People (Bronze).
Amanda is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
