Kathryn McDonnell is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial property department.

Kathryn qualified in 2007 and joined Gordons in November 2011.  Prior to joining Gordons, Kathryn spent four years working for a national law firm.

Kathryn advises a wide range of clients on the acquisition and disposal of various types of property, all aspects of landlord and tenant work, property finance and insolvency property work.  Kathryn acts for a broad range of clients including Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, Saint Gobain Building Distribution and several banks and insolvency practitioners across Yorkshire.

Recently, she has acted for Aviva Investors on the purchase of a £28m investment property let to a national retailer and in 2009 acted as part of a team advising an institutional investor on the disposal of a portfolio of properties worth in excess of £800m.
