Sarah Ratcliffe is a solicitor in Gordons' commercial property department.

Sarah qualified in 2004 and joined Gordons in November 2011. Prior to joining Gordons Sarah spent 9 years working at an international law firm.

Sarah has advised a diverse range of clients on broad spectrum of commercial property work, including acting for Lend Lease on high value lettings at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent to retailers such as Uniqlo and KFC and for investor clients such as NewRiver Retail and Stockland in respect of the acquisition and disposal of their investment properties.

Sarah also has experience of acting for commercial and residential property companies. A significant scheme with which Sarah has been involved is acting for Thornfield Properties in relation to their town centre regeneration at The Rock, Bury. Sarah has also acted for Priority Sites on a number of industrial and office developments in the North East and Humber Quays, Hull.
