Charlie Hope is a Solicitor in Gordons' corporate and commercial contracts departments, specialising in e-commerce and commercial contracts.

Charlie trained at a Top 100 national firm in Leeds and joined Gordons in 2011 on qualification. Charlie has considerable experience advising a broad range of companies both in Yorkshire and nationally in respect of numerous commercial issues and agreement types. 

She has specific expertise in the manufacturing, retail, hotel and leisure and IT sectors and has acted for a number of web-based companies in relation to terms and conditions (trading and website), privacy policies and data protection issues.

Charlie specialises in:

Charlie has also assisted on various corporate transactions undertaking commercial due diligence investigations.
