Matthew Martin is a Solicitor in Gordons' corporate and commercial contracts departments, specialising in commercial contracts work.

Matthew joined the firm in 2011, having trained at another commercial law firm in Leeds where he worked on a broad range of matters including outsourcing, agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions of supply, data protection regulation and e-commerce.  He has considerable experience in several sectors, namely medical, IT, retail and gaming and has also advised on the intellectual property elements of commercial deals.

Matthew works closely with many of Gordons' key clients, including Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, Glen Dimplex, Hermes Parcelnet Limited, Brulines Group plc, Warwick International Group Limited, Gardner Denver Limited and Huddersfield Town Football Club in relation to the contractual aspects of their business.
