Tom Castle is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial property department. 

Tom qualified in 2003 and joined Gordons in October 2011.  Prior to joining Gordons, Tom spent seven years working in London.

Tom has advised a wide range of clients on the acquisition and disposal of various types of property and on all aspects of landlord and tenant work.  He has experience of acting for clients on development and secured lending transactions as well as in assisting on the property aspects of corporate deals.

In 2011, Tom was part of a team advising a sovereign wealth fund on its £460m acquisition of a share of the rental stream from the Crown Estate's Regent Street portfolio.  Tom has acted for a range of international developers, investment funds and private and public companies.
