Kate Johnson is a solicitor in Gordons' commercial property department.
Prior to joining Gordons in 2011, Kate spent 14 years at an international law firm and has a general commercial property background with a specialism for development, where she acts primarily for private sector developers.
Significant schemes with which Kate has been involved include acting on behalf of Simons Developments in relation to their Trinity Walk, Wakefield and City Walk, Leeds, schemes, advising Thornfield Properties in relation to their town centre regeneration at The Rock, Bury and advising Muse Developments in relation to their regeneration of the civic quarter in Doncaster.
Kate has also acted for Salmon Harvester in relation to the development of hotels / leisure schemes, and has been involved in the regeneration of Greenwich Peninsula adjoining the O2 in London.
Kate is a member of the Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc development team acting on store acquisitions, and is advising H20 Urban (No 2) LLP, who are part of the Bloc group, on their development scheme at Northwich Marina.
