Justene Baker is a Legal Executive in Gordons' residential conveyancing department.

Justene has over 14 years experience dealing with sale and purchase conveyancing transactions along with other property related transactions.  These include dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership and equity release transactions.

This involves checking titles, raising and replying to enquiries. Checking mortgage offers and dealing with any conditions. Submitting and checking searches on purchases and dealing with financial charges on sales.

Her specific experience includes porting equity release mortgages to a new property which also includes giving clients’ the required legal advice. Justene is a qualified Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and can give clients’ advice they need for equity release mortgages.
