Deborah Butterfield is a Licensed Conveyancing Executive in Gordons' residential conveyancing department.

Deborah deals with a variety of conveyancing transactions including leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership properties, new build purchases, remortgage and transfers of equity.

She has been involved in conveyancing for over 14 years and specialises in separate representation work where she acts for the Lender in purchase transactions where the customers Lawyers do not have enough regulated bodies to act for the Lender due to the Purchase price and Loan amount.
