Theo Hoppen is a Solicitor in Gordons’ family department.

Before joining the firm Theo practised family law at a leading London firm where he regularly acted for professionals, business people and celebrities.  He has experience in all areas of family law, including financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements, children matters and cohabitation disputes.

Theo specialises in financial settlements arising from divorce.  He has experience of dealing with a wide variety of such disputes ranging from cases where there are limited assets (and the objective is to reach a settlement that meets the needs of all parties) to medium and high-value financial disputes where issues such as trusts, business assets and international elements often arise.

He is a member of Resolution and is committed to resolving matters in a non-adversarial manner whenever possible.
