Gemma is a solicitor in Gordons' construction department. 

Gemma has been with Gordons from qualification in September 2010.

She handles both non-contentious and contentious construction and engineering work regularly advising Employers, Contractors and Consultants in drafting and negotiating building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties and third party rights.  Gemma is also often involved with various dispute resolution methods including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination and mediation.

Gemma has particular experience in partnering framework agreements and solar photovoltaic procurement contracts.  Gemma is part of our renewable energy team.
