Amanda Blacker is a Solicitor in Gordons' corporate department.

Amanda joined Gordons in 2008 and undertook her training at the firm.  She is experienced in dealing with both corporate and commercial work. 

Areas of corporate expertise include share and asset acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, company formations and shareholder agreements.

Areas of commercial contract expertise include standard terms and conditions of business, agreeements for the supply of goods and services, website terms and conditions, agency agreements, distribution agreements and outsourcing agreements.

Amanda advises a broad range of clients including Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, members of the Glen Dimplex Group (including Morphy Richards) and Huddersfield Town Football Club.
