Grace Cowling is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial litigation department.

Grace joined Gordons in 2008 and undertook her training with the firm.  Since qualifying as a solicitor she has specialised in commercial litigation.

Grace deals with general commercial litigation and has experience across a broad range of matters such as contractual disputes, debt  recovery, professional negligence claims, corporate guarantee claims, cross boarder disputes including enforcement.

She has particular experience advising in relation to pre-claim matters and alternative forms of dispute resolution, enabling clients to avoid the costs of lengthy litigation.

Grace acts for a wide range of clients from SME's to large plcs.  Her target sector is retail.

Grace is also a past Chair of the Leeds Junior Lawyers Division.
