Mark Jones is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial litigation department.

Mark joined Gordons in 2006 and undertook his training with the firm.  Since qualifying as a solicitor, he has specialised in commercial litigation.

Mark is familiar with County and the Senior Court's practice and procedure, but also uses alternative dispute resolution methods to achieve commercially focused results for his clients, most notably mediation. He has acted on and assisted with all manner of disputes including intellectual property claims, defamation matters, breach of contract claims, judicial review applications, Groceries Supply Code of Practice ('GSCOP') matters and landlord and tenant (residential) matters.

Mark's client base is diverse and he advises all manner of clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies to smaller privately owned and operated businesses.
