Victoria is a Solicitor in Gordons' private client department.

Victoria joined Gordons in 2007, initially completing her training contact with the firm before qualifying as a Solicitor.

Victoria deals with all aspects of personal law work, including Wills, inheritance tax and succession planning, the administration of estates and the preparation of Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Victoria also has experience of dealing with and advising on the administration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney in addition to the appointment and administration of Deputies by the Court of Protection.

Victoria presents to charitable organisations to promote the importance of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and to provide information on Court of Protection applications.    

Victoria is a student member of both Solicitors for the Elderly and the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
