Andrew is a partner in Gordons' corporate department.

 

Andrew has over 20 years experience of corporate law specialising in mergers and acquisitions.

 

He has led a number of high profile and complex mergers and acquisitions including a number of international transactions.

 

In 2007 Andrew led the legal advice on the £783 Million sale of Yorkshire social housing developer Keepmoat, which was the largest ever divestment in Yorkshire.

 

Andrew also led the sale to Candover of international laboratory testing business ALcontrol.

 

Andrew had developed particular experience in the Health Care and Pharmaceutical sector.

 

Andrew has gained a reputation as an outstanding corporate lawyer, well known for handling complex corporate deals and providing sound strategic advice at senior executive level.
