Amy Croxford is a Solicitor in Gordons' contentious trust & estates department.
Amy qualified in September 2009 and has been with Gordons since qualification.
Amy works solely in this specialist area of law and deals with all aspects of contentious work including claims involving disappointed beneficiaries, actions involving trusts and trustees, and claims concerning the validity or otherwise of wills.
Recent cases Amy has been involved in include challenges to the validity of wills based upon lack of mental capacity, lack of knowledge and/or approval, undue influence, fraud and forgery and also challenges by disappointed beneficiaries for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
She regularly advises clients referred by banks, accountants, wealth advisors, charities and other law firms who lack the expertise to deal with such work.
