Stephen McVey is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial litigation department.

Stephen has experience in general commercial litigation. Stephen has particular specialism in intellectual property and media litigation. He has dealt with a variety of contentious intellectual property matters including litigated patent and trade mark infringement cases and domain name disputes as well as defamation claims in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.

He also has experience in dealing with urgent and expedited applications for interim injunctive relief both in the IP sphere and in competition/restrictive covenant cases.
