Claire Evans is a Solicitor in Gordons' business recovery and restructuring department.

Claire has been an insolvency lawyer for 12 years. She has a substantial amount of experience in corporate and personal insolvency, both contentious and non-contentious.

Her areas of expertise include administrations, liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcy, voluntary arrangements and director disqualification. Claire advises all parties involved in the insolvency process whether they be banks, insolvency practitioners, companies, directors, creditors or individuals.

Claire has been involved with a number of high profile cases including the administrations of the Hunter Boot Company, Bradford City FC and Leeds United.
