Jonathan Asquez is a Solicitor in Gordons' corporate department.

Jonathan joined Gordons in 2005 and has over 10 years experience advising on a range of corporate matters, particularly corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and general company law compliance.  His clients include owner managed businesses to listed companies and their subsidiaries.

He regularly works alongside the banking and finance department in advising lenders, including Bank of Ireland and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Transactions include:

• sale of Advent Data Ltd to DCC
• acquisition by Brulines Group plc of Amscreen M2M
• sale of TLC Homecare to Optimo
• management buyout of Corrosion Resistant Products Ltd
