Shereen Lloyd is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial property department.
 
Shereen deals with all aspects of commercial property work but specialises in landlord and tenant matters, with a particular focus on the retail sector.  Shereen is part of the retail@gordons team and advises high street retailers on store acquisitions, disposals and on-going management matters.  Her clients include national landlords, tenants and developers.
 
Transactions Shereen has been involved in include:

• the acquisition of a 920,000 sq ft eco-friendly distribution centre
• a £223m acquisition of 38 supermarket stores
• a portfolio acquisition of almost 80 stores for a high street retailer
• the site acquisition and set up of several new retail developments
