Simon Glazebrook is a Solicitor in Gordons' private client department.

Simon deals with all aspects of personal law work specialising in complex inheritance tax and succession planning, trust advice and administration and planning around pensions and life policies.

Simon is experienced in advising business owners and entrepreneurs as to the appropriate mechanisms and approaches to allow businesses to be passed in the most appropriate, controlled and tax efficient manner.  This work will frequently involve liaising closely with accountants and other professionals to ensure that all aspects are dealt with.

Simon is also frequently involved with giving advice to some of the region's wealthiest individuals and trustees of large private settlements.  In respect of the latter, Simon has experience of dealing with offshore trust aspects as part of larger tax planning exercises.

Simon is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
