Simon Mydlowski is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial property department.

Simon qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined the practice in March 2005.

He has experience in a wide range of property work, mostly commercial landlord and tenant orientated.  He deals with investment property acquisitions and disposals, lettings and other portfolio management work. He has specialist experience in secured lending in the licensed premises sector.

Simon has undertaken pro-bono work for West Yorkshire ProHelp to aid business in the local community and is a past president of the Bradford Law Society and is also a published author for Emerald Publishing Group.

Clients include Molson Coors Brewing Co (UK) Limited, Safestyle UK, Akbar Group of Restaurants, High Seat Limited and HSBC Bank plc.
