Lisa Brough is a Chartered Legal Executive in Gordons' personal injury department.

Lisa has over 19 years experience specialising primarily in employers and public liability work.  She is an experienced defendant personal injury lawyer and Chartered Legal Executive, having qualifed in 1998.

Her focus is on self insured clients with whom she works closely to minimise their exposure to personal injury claims, limiting cost and publicity wherever possible.  Lisa has particular experience in advising the retail sector, providing pro-active and personal advice in risk management issues and also providing hands on claims management training nationwide. 

She acts on behalf of the whole of the Arcadia group as well as handling niche insurance work for Congregational and General Insurance plc.  Lisa has spent over 18 months on secondment at Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc rolling out a risk management and claims prevention programme to store management personnel managers who deal with claims queries, reporting and investigation.
