Graeme Davy is a solicitor in Gordons’ commercial litigation department
Graeme is experienced in advising a range of client’s from private individuals to large owner managed business and PLC’s, on all areas of commercial dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on real estate and land, landlord and tenant, debt recovery, professional negligence and contractual disputes. He also provides technical and management support to Gordons’ debt recovery team. Graeme also regularly advises liquidators and administrators on the recovery of monies due to distressed companies.
He is well versed in the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution in addition to having significant experience of assisting clients with matters before the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Graeme’s clients include B&M Retail Limited, The Diocese of Bradford, The Paragon Group of Companies, Kayfoam Woolfson, as well as a wide range of northern based organisations.
