Duncan Firman is a Solicitor in Gordons' corporate department.

Duncan qualified as a solicitor in 2008 having previously joined Gordons in July of the same year as a trainee solicitor.

He advises a broad variety of clients, from small owner managed businesses to large PLCs, on the full range of corporate and commercial matters, but with a focus on the acquisition and disposal of companies, company law and compliance and group reorganisations.  He has developed a particular expertise in advising clients based in the healthcare sector, specifically on pharmacy and care/nursing home matters.

Duncan was awarded the Richard Cawthron memorial prize in 2010 by the Bradford Law Society, awarded to a young solicitor in Bradford each year in recognition of their contribution to the local legal community.
