Dawn is a Licensed Conveyancer in Gordons' commercial property team.

An experienced development lawyer, Dawn's practice is strongly focussed on all types of property development work including residential, retail, business and mixed use schemes.  

Her involvement is from the initial acquisition of the site to the funding of the acquisition and development, title structure set-up and disposals (by way of lettings including pre-lets and freehold/long leasehold investment and occupier sales).

She has relevant experience in the renewable energy including telecommunications, biomass, wind farm and photovoltaic panel installations   

Dawn is also experienced in re-location work, (handling complex relocations whether or not involving development issues either on the disposal and/or the new site), general portfolio management, acquisitions, disposals SIPP work and quarrying and landfill matters.
