Kate Mallaband is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial property department and is part of the retail@gordons team.

Kate has experience in a wide variety of commercial property work including property development, acquisitions and disposals, and Landlord and Tenant work with particular focus on the retail sector.  Kate advises high street retailers on store acquisitions, disposals and all aspects of property management.  Kate advises Wm Morrisons Supermarkets Plc and other national retailers, landlords and tenants and she assisted with a portfolio acquisition of 80 stores for a high street retailer.

Kate has been involved with corporate transactions on property matters, including the sale of Star Sportswear Limited and disposals of various dental practices.
