Stephen Fox is a Conveyancing Executive and Head of Gordons' residential conveyancing department. Stephen is from Bradford and joined Gordons in 2003, having previously spent 23 years at a nationally recognised firm.

With over 35 years in this field, he has dealt with a wide variety of residential property related matters throughout the course of his career.

Stephen’s main areas of specialisation include; the sale and purchase of all types of freehold properties, the sale and purchase of leasehold flats and houses, lease extensions, sales of properties in possession for some of the country’s largest financial institutions and the sale and purchase of shared ownership properties.

Significant cases that he has been involved in include; leading a team in dealing with the reconstitution of over 18,000 unregistered titles after a large mortgage lender suffered a fire at one of its deeds storage facilities.
